About the Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in shaping a world where people and communities thrive. You'll be based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.

You'll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfill products as per your accreditation level. You'll deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but strong advocates for ANZ.
