About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Projects Validator to manage day-to-day activities of our insurer clients in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing building scoping, validation of charges, and assessing the overall viability of projects.

Main Activities:
  • Triage and allocate service requests to our national specialist network.
  • Validate scope, including cost check, methodology auditing, and overall job relevance.
  • Manage relationships with builders, insurers, insurance assessors, building estimators, and other relevant stakeholders involved in a building project.
  • Meet and exceed internal validation or project management KPI's, including productivity, quality, and accuracy.
  • Communicate with our clients to keep them updated on service progress.
  • Ensure quality and cost assurance reviews for all building requests.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience and proven abilities in previous Property Claim and/or Construction roles.
  • Self-motivation and customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Ability to make responsible and effective decisions and communicate efficiently – both written and verbally.
  • Capability to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment.

Estimated salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
