Project Manager Role Overview

This project manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of delivering high-profile projects.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of road, building, and open space projects while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and respond quickly to customer needs
  • Facilitate project delivery from implementation to closeout
  • Manage design consultants and construction contractors to ensure targets are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and delivering multi-disciplinary projects
  • Strong written communication skills, including preparing tender and contract documentation
  • Working knowledge of contracts and administration
  • Experience with field supervision and Quality Assurance
