Workforce Strategist

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement proactive workforce strategies across the business.

As a key member of the Workforce team, you will work closely with HR Business Partners to drive continuous improvement, performance, and accountability.

This involves collaborating with stakeholders to promote a culture that supports the achievement of organisational workforce goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive workforce initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives
  • Providing expert advice on workforce management best practices

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with HR systems and processes.
