Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Monitor and report on project costs and variances
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost estimation and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of project cost control systems, preferably Prism G2/Contruent
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
