Job Title: Property Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Professional to oversee facility and fleet management at our organisation.

This role requires autonomy and strong business partnering skills, with responsibility for managing multiple smaller capital works and refurbishment projects, and overseeing larger projects.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Asset management and maintenance coordination
  • Capital works and refurbishment project coordination
  • Business case development and financial reporting

Our ideal candidate has:

  • More than 5 years' experience in facilities management or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
  • Qualifications in facilities management or a similar field
