Job Role Overview

You'll embark on an exciting journey as a Trainee Property professional, where you'll develop your skills and take on increasing responsibilities.

This role offers the chance to work from home, handling domestic and commercial losses, conducting virtual site visits, communicating directly with policyholders, and making key decisions.

In time, you'll progress into a field-based adjuster, handling your own visits and becoming involved in more complex losses. You'll receive ongoing support, including further qualifications and genuine career progression.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a valid driving license for when you transition into the field. However, initially, it's about building a strong technical foundation and gaining experience in doing the job effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
