Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Assist guests with menu options, dietary requirements, and recommendations.
  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning and organization of the work area.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all equipment and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the day.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Adhere to quality expectations and standards in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
