Nurse Specialist in Family Health and Wellbeing
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to provide targeted support to families with young children, focusing on strengthening parenting capacity and promoting health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to families through in-home visits and collaborative wrap-around services.
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized plans to empower families to make optimal decisions about their children's health and development.
- Foster positive relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community services to promote continuity of care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research to inform service delivery and improve outcomes.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
- You hold a Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification and a Graduate Diploma or Master's degree in Maternal and Child Health or a related field.
- You have experience working with vulnerable populations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are passionate about family-centered care and committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each family.
