AI Software Engineer

We're seeking an accomplished software engineer to drive the development of AI solutions that transform industries.
Job DescriptionThis role involves leveraging applied AI to create high-quality outputs that prevent harm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shipping clean code, learning fast and sweating the details. You'll utilize AI to accelerate all aspects of software development - coding, data preparation, testing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end features like RAG pipelines, agent workflows, OCR/STT ingestion, evaluation, and guardrails, as well as production APIs.
- Build LLM evaluation harnesses, red-team tests, and PII/safety sanitization, including prompt/response filters and automated test suites.
- Turn domain rules into deterministic checks that sit alongside LLM reasoning.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5–8+ years of experience building software using Python or Type Script and shipping AI products in production.
- Hands-on experience with vector DBs like Qdrant or Pinecone.
- Pragmatic rigor in testing, cost control, and strong attention to detail.
