**Job Summary**

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for delivering the stores' financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store and oversee the neighboring concession sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive sales, profit, and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability.
  • Lead with a focus on strong people management.
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team has an understanding of the performance of the store.
  • Manage effective control of costs.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in managing high sales turnover, multi-site retail fashion stores.
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach.
  • Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a large team.
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
