About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for the management, supervision, care, rehabilitation, reintegration, and provision of services to inmates. You will actively participate in supporting inmates throughout their sentence while maintaining the security of the Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise inmates to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Provide care and support to inmates, including rehabilitation and reintegration services
  • Monitor and maintain the security of the Centre
  • Participate in emergency response teams and other critical incidents
Requirements
  • High levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior
  • Experience working in frontline or customer-centric roles
  • Aptitude for remaining calm in difficult situations
  • High level of resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence
  • Competent level of computer literacy and report writing skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and communications skills
