Job Title: Customer Service Representative 

As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and reasonable manner.

  • Process orders and ensure accurate processing of customer transactions.

  • Provide product information and advice to customers as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve team objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

 Requirements: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Previous customer service experience an asset.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
