Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing commercial support to optimise the deal, measurement and valuation of work. Driving procurement outcomes, establishing financial controls and providing contractual support to the project team.

Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, construction law or other relevant discipline
  • 5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator with at least 3 of those within the commercial construction industry
  • Experience working on large projects or demonstrated experience working on complex projects
  • Sound interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Proficiency in financial control, commercial risk management and negotiation
