
Customer Service Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer service team and develop strategic partnerships with third-party organizations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance and adherence to agreed SLAs
- Leading a team of customer relations officers to handle engagement with third parties and new/existing clients
- Devise action plans to meet contact centre KPIs and provide feedback and ideas for the operational environment
- Driving rewards and recognition programs to motivate staff to meet business targets
- Allocating follow-up calls to staff members to maximise appointment rates
- Upholding contact centre quality assurance standards through silent monitoring and validation
- Collecting and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
