Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to provide support to our Director in a busy Architectural studio. The successful candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and advanced computer literacy.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members
  • Ensure effective workflow and organization
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and communication

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar support role
  • Prior exposure to Architecture or Design spaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
