Accounting and Finance Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer orders, prepare invoices, and oversee accounts receivable processes.

  • Manage customer orders and collaborate with internal teams
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Maintain and reconcile revenue schedules
  • Generate variable recurring revenue reports
  • Perform month-end processes within strict deadlines
  • Support ad hoc invoicing needs (e.g. events)
  • Manage costs and process expense recharge invoices for customer onsite support
  • Provide backup support for other accounts staff during leave

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. They will also be analytical, friendly, approachable, and communicative, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
