About the Role

The Financial Accountant is a key professional in our team, responsible for providing financial accounting services across various sectors. The role ensures the integrity of financial information reported to the organisation at month-end and year-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately report payroll and revenue data.
  • Capture relevant accruals and prepayments.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations promptly.
  • Meet assigned financial reporting tasks and submissions deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting/Commerce.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Financial Accounting experience.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) and/or Certified Practising Accountants (CPA).
  • Demonstrated technical accounting experience with month-end processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong payroll accounting experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • MAGIQ and Oracle expertise highly regarded.
