
Executive Event Organizer

This role is pivotal in shaping the success of our Banquets team. As an experienced coordinator, you will be highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing flawless corporate events and wedding events.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of events including planning, logistics, setup, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Liaise with clients to determine their needs, budget, and expectations.
- Assist with venue selection, catering, audiovisual, entertainment, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Prepare event proposals, floor plans, production schedules, and BEO.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet brand and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery on the day.
- Maintain accurate records of event-related documents and expenditures.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to improve future events.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination (1 year preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, DEPHI5, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Qualification in Event Management, or related field is advantageous.
