Job Summary

This role involves leading activities to develop and maintain a high-performance information management capability across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide authoritative advice on contemporary information management systems, focusing on Microsoft 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead activities to mature information management capability across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain a commitment to quality customer service by providing expert advice on information management systems.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior officers on contemporary information management issues.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Consult and participate in the development of supporting tools for information management.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of current and emerging information management trends, including collaboration tools and metadata standards.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to raise awareness and adoption of information management practices.
  • Change management, leadership, and facilitation skills to grow engagement with information management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
