Job Overview

As a key member of the Prodigious team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Production department on a wide range of content shoots and post-production work. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Australia's most successful brands and advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist producers with pre-production, shoot, and post-production tasks, including organizing shoot prep documents, location and casting information, and props.
  • Support the day-to-day running of content and post facilities, including financial reconciliation and expense reporting.
  • Communicate updates to the Content Producers, Post Producers, and Executive Producer.
  • Process CAD applications, uploads, and substantiation requirements on TVC jobs.
  • Image source and treatment prep and layout as required.

Requirements

  • A valid NSW Drivers Licence and own car.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse talent and crew.
  • Previous production experience and a passion for the industry.
  • Enthusiasm and a 'can do' approach, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and engage other team members as needed.
