Job Title: Field Operations Manager

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance of our facilities across multiple sites.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in handyman repairs, trades assistance, carpentry or similar trade backgrounds.

About This Role:

">
  • You will be responsible for supervising project work and related disciplines, as well as ensuring the delivery of FM services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.
">
  • You will also be required to monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the expected standards.
">
  • A strong understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building Code of Australia is essential for this role.
">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of school facilities, including routine maintenance and minor repairs.
">
  • Supervise project work, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
">
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors, identifying areas for improvement.
">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FM services.
">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in handyman repairs, trades assistance, carpentry or similar trade backgrounds.
">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
">
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
">
  • Knowledge of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building Code of Australia.
