About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Australian Venue Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of venue presentation.
  • Manage the venue's operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and investigate any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certificate and RMLV license.
