Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining clients' sites through grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying.

  • Maintain clients' sites through grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying.
  • Deliver winter services including gritting and snow clearance.
  • Provide management with relevant information and report any site hazards.
  • Operate vehicles, machinery, and equipment according to Health & Safety procedures.
  • Undertake training as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for working outdoors.
  • Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment (winter working).
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology.
