About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Partner Development Manager to join our growing Sydney team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in our Partner Success strategy by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, specifically focused on enabling our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new Partners on AB Tasty products
  • Coordinating and delivering training to Partner Teams to ensure they pass Fundamental and Expert Certifications
  • Creating and maintaining technical sales collateral specifically for partner use
  • Participating in key business reviews with strategic Partners
  • Supporting best practices and process improvements for effective Partner management
  • Providing technical support to key partners

You will work closely with our APAC Channel Director and Customer Success Managers to achieve these objectives. If you have a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full Professional Proficiency in English
  • TOEFL 100/120 or more, IELTS or more
  • Ability to be proactive in identifying problems and solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs...) and a willingness to learn more about technical aspects
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • Master's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Partner or Client Success Management

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • A blend of consulting, search, technological, and/or display experience
  • Experience in on-boarding clients; implementation and integration experience

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
