Chief Architectural Engineer

This role is responsible for overseeing the development of software projects, ensuring high-quality code, and providing technical leadership to a team of engineers.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the project team to enhance existing code, deliver new features, and improve overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to develop and enhance enterprise software using C# and n-tier architecture.
- Develop automated build and deployment scripts using .NET Core and Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate rapid resolution of faults.
- Provide analysis on complex issues and contribute to policy formulation and project management.
- Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, including stakeholder management to achieve work area goals.
- Offer accurate specialist advice, guidance, and reporting on team functional responsibilities.
- Making informed decisions using good judgement, expertise, and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practice principles or relevant operating instructions and procedures.
- Share code and development learnings with the Developer Centre of Excellence to inform continuous improvement.
