International Sales Director

As a Wholesale Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing national and international retail sales strategies to drive sales across wholesale corporate and international distribution channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and identify trends to inform decision-making and optimize product training and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent reorders and product training.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to guarantee timely product delivery and maintain compliance with international sales regulations.
- Manage the corporate gifting program, including responding to inquiries, building a lead database, and growing corporate sales to meet defined targets.
- Oversee retail operations, including onboarding new stockists, maintaining the wholesale prospects database, managing wholesale communications, and supporting the overall operational flow.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute in-store campaigns and promotional events.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the beauty or fashion sectors.
- Strong commercial insight, proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
