Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The role of the Digital Operations Professional is to execute all required digital campaigns and activities, as well as B2B and B2C initiatives to support key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, brand awareness, corporate penetration, digital direct, and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include planning and implementing promotional offers, value-add propositions, and ancillary product offerings to achieve revenue and yield improvement targets. The Digital Operations Professional will ensure the implementation of end-to-end campaign processes and procedures that support all B2B and B2C campaigns/activities according to agreed standards.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial to maintain campaign processes and requirements to support collaboration and communication among the Digital and Marketing Campaign Hub. Effective communication with external stakeholders, such as media agencies, suppliers, publishers, and partners, is also essential for the deployment of B2B and B2C campaigns.
Analysis of web traffic data and return on investment (ROI) of all digital marketing activities/campaigns will be conducted, providing summary reports to management. The role involves delivering standardized reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics for all B2B and B2C campaigns.
Required skills include a strong background in marketing, digital marketing experience, and previous experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships, and loyalty marketing. Marketing fundamentals, including brand awareness techniques, are also essential.
