Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join our team in a role that involves despatching goods for customer orders, accepting deliveries, and checking goods received for quality and quantity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts, as well as possessing excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

About the Role:

  • Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to move containers, crates, cartons, IBC's, and palletised goods
  • Despatch goods for customer orders, accept deliveries, receipting, unpacking, sorting, and checking goods received for quality and quantity
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including completing store reports and recording stock movements
  • Perform ad hoc housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Current Australian forklift licence (LF)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
  • Mobicon experience advantageous
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (25kg)
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, excellent time management
  • Ability to work in a team and by yourself
  • Preferably experienced with Dangerous Goods and HACCP
  • 2x contactable references
