About the Role

This includes developing and implementing design principles, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging designers to take risks and push boundaries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design processes and tools, implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to designers to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development lifecycle.
  • Communicate design vision and strategies to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
