About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a Before & After School Care Second in Charge. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to primary school aged children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering a high-quality experience for children in our care
  • Support the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
  • Ensure program compliance and maintain a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards
  • Build strong relationships with the school, parents, and the wider community
  • Play and have fun with primary school aged children
  • Develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods
