Customer Service Opportunity

Ausreo is a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete reinforcing products to the building and construction industry.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales, and customer solutions are paramount.

  • Provide excellence in customer service and the customer journey
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms
  • Actively promote our products to generate sales
  • Merchandising and Stock Replenishment
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, engage with e-commerce and social media
  • Service Centre and office management
  • Stock control in the warehouse
  • Coordinate production with factory staff
  • Coordinate logistics i.e. transport and deliveries
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and deal with difficult customers effectively
  • General administration duties

To Be Successful
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Previous experience in a retail, hardware, trade type environment will be highly regarded, steel industry experience will be highly regarded but not essential

- Face to face selling and entrepreneurial spirit

- Highly organized, great at multi-tasking and strong attention to detail

- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly

- Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently

- Good ability to work under pressure
