About the Role

Hastings Deering is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team in Mt Isa. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role working 38 hours per week.

  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including rubbish removal, restocking of amenities, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
  • Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard of quality and in a timely manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar facilities role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer focus.
  • The ability to work safely with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Great time management skills.
  • The ability to work within a team and unsupervised.
  • A high level of workplace health and safety standards.
