About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents according to their individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care services.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families during challenging times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a qualified Registered Nurse.
  • At least 6 months of experience in aged care or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities to prioritize resident care.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet resident needs.
