Aged Care Nurse Opportunity
About the Role
This position will see you working within our Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff.
- Typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
- Has current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights
The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Police Check
- Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector desirable
