Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the testing lifecycle, ensuring the quality and reliability of new and existing applications, products, and services. This encompasses system, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance, security, and production verification testing.

This role requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders, including development teams, product owners, business analysts, subject matter experts, and automation analysts. The successful candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to a team of testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the testing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the overall testing strategy and planning across all phases of testing, including ST/SIT, Regression, UAT, and PVT.
  • Team Management & Development: Act as a role model by demonstrating company values and influencing their application within the team.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate and represent testing requirements in all Flow Delivery workshops (concept, planning, estimation).
  • Testing Execution & Reporting: Plan and design test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage, considering positive, negative, and regression impacts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and best practices.
