Senior Civil Estimator Opportunity

Fulton Hogan Utilities is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Estimator to lead our Water Infrastructure Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage estimates for Utility-based projects, focusing on water and wastewater treatment and distribution.
  • Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants.
  • Conduct research to gather data on labor costs, materials, and production times.
  • Liaise with designers and suppliers to obtain information and calculate costs.
  • Ensure adherence to established estimating processes and provide senior management with confidence in tender prices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in a tier 1 environment or equivalent experience in the wastewater or utility industry.
  • Experience pricing large and small Water/Wastewater projects, ideally involving Utility Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
  • Experience with Expert Estimator is desired, but not required.
