Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in infectious disease testing. As part of our laboratory, you will be working with cutting-edge PCR technology, collaborating with industry experts, and making a real impact on public health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sample preparation, DNA extraction, and PCR processes
  • Handle manual and electronic pipetting of small sample volumes
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment like the Hamilton Vantage, KingFisher Flex, VeritiPro, and QuantStudio 12K and 5
Requirements:
  • Overnight availability
  • 1-year high complexity clinical laboratory experience , unless required by the state in which the laboratory is located
  • Broad understanding of sterile technique, contamination control, and unidirectional workflow necessary for a PCR lab
  • Prior knowledge of molecular laboratory techniques and processes, including but not limited to micropipette
  • ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification
