Job Description Summary

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assisting Guests: Provide warm and personalized service to guests during check-in and check-out, and offer accurate information about hotel services.
  • Front Office and Food & Beverage Service: Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally, and manage billing. Prepare drinks and barista coffee for guests in the hotel's restaurant and bar.
  • Guest Feedback and Service: Respond to guest feedback to ensure high standards of customer service and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in Front Office and/or Food & Beverage roles.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to deliver exceptional guest experience.
  4. Knowledge of hotel software systems (Opera Cloud).
  5. A current valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
