Job Title: Multifaceted Team Member

We are seeking a highly adaptable and dynamic individual to take on this multifaceted role. This position combines the responsibilities of an Administration Assistant, Receptionist, Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive, and Sales/Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility. They will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, setting the tone for our professional services.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, creating compelling visual content, managing schedules, appointments, and confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing team to promote our products and services, nurture client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

The following tasks will form part of this role:

  • Reception duties: answering and managing incoming calls, meet and greet all walk-ins
  • Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing activities to nurture leads, address queries, follow up quotes, make after-sales calls, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain CRM and ensure accurate client information
  • Assist with social media, marketing, and CRM/Sales campaigns
  • Utilise graphic design skills for social media posts and promotional materials
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Build and retain client relationships
  • Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness

Skills required include:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-centric roles, prioritising exceptional client service
  • Graphic design experience using Canva
  • Positive attitude and excellent phone manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills, enabling effective multitasking and prioritisation
  • Ability to pick up new computer systems and software
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
