We are seeking talented professionals to join our Financial Services Audit team in Melbourne and Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will assist clients in meeting reporting standards by accurately preparing financial statements and providing insights into accounting and reporting issues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage audit processes considering risk and technical accounting issues such as revenue, financial instruments, and income taxes.
  • Engage with clients, offering advice and maintaining professionalism during transactions, identifying areas for process improvements.
  • Develop knowledge of market trends and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Coach team members and keep leadership informed on audit progress.
  • Understand client objectives and refer them to appropriate teams to expand business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in external audits within the financial services sector.
  • Leadership in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
  • Degree with progress towards or completion of CPA/CA ANZ or equivalent.
