Heavy Vehicle Technician Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician to perform servicing and maintenance on trucks and buses, adhering to industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and braking systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a drive to work efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steering and suspension repairs
  • Electrical faults diagnosis and repair
  • Braking systems diagnosis and repair
  • Preventative maintenance services and repairs
  • Off-site and breakdown repairs


Requirements:
  • A Heavy Vehicle mechanical qualification
  • Experience working with various truck or bus brands is highly regarded
  • Some exposure to light auto-electrical work
  • A positive safety attitude with a team-focused mindset
