Senior Financial Strategist Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall financial strategy and governance of a company. This executive leadership position requires strategic thinking, effective partnerships with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to driving profitable growth and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Provide financial expertise and insights that drive business growth and support key commercial initiatives.
  • Transform the finance function into a proactive, insight-led business partner.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and guarantee comprehensive compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, and a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred. They should possess a CPA, CA, or equivalent internationally recognized professional accounting qualification and have at least 10 years of progressive senior finance leadership experience.
