As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to conceive and curate a personalised selection of products and services for our customers. Responsibilities
  • Sales Uptake: Maximise sales of products and services through enhanced personalised selling skills.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Rewards Program: Inspire customers to take advantage of the David Jones Rewards Program.
  • In-Store Services: Promote in-store services via social media.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar Stylist or Personal Shopper role is essential.
  • Client Management: Experienced in managing and developing an active client base.
  • Skill Set: Exceptional service, selling, and communication skills.
  • Personal Style: Strong sense of personal style combined with a proven background in sales and customer service.
  • Trend Awareness: Forward-thinking with the ability to interpret trends to suit your customer.
