The role of Guest Service Agent/Porter is to provide exceptional service and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Support loyalty programs by promoting memberships and explaining the benefits to guests
  • Assist with occupancy and revenue growth through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling of rooms and services
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and incoming calls with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with cloud-based systems is highly regarded
  • A strong guest service mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
