About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling properties to expand our real estate business. Your understanding of real estate legislation and industry experience within the local area will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities
- List and market properties to attract potential buyers
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
- Participate in business development programs to drive sales growth
- Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
- Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
- Work with the Elders Rural team to identify new business opportunities and promote our services to clients
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new clients
Requirements
- Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences
- Can appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
- Hold a Real Estate license and a current driver's license
- Have sound real estate marketing skills and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies
- Possess an understanding of real estate legislation and regulations
- Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Have a keen eye for detail and be highly organized with good time management skills
- Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated
About You
To succeed at Elders Rural, you will be a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate. You will have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
