Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Replenishment Leader to join our Warehouse team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring store replenishments are picked, packed, and dispatched to stores in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute store replenishment in line with stores' needs to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Communicate back to retail teams on any issues in a timely manner, including late deliveries or inability to supply replenishments.
  • Liaise with stock teams to forward-plan forecasted replenishments.
  • Receive and process orders via mobile device and obtain required stock from warehouse stock bins to fulfill orders.
  • Scan transfers via warehousing management system, ensuring each item is scanned individually to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Support replenishing from bulk warehouse inventory as required to maintain efficient picking and packing.
  • Operate machinery and warehouse equipment in line with OH&S guidelines to prevent potential injury or unsafe behavior.
  • Evaluate team productivity and manage performance to drive high results.
  • Handle order waste appropriately to minimize environmental impact and workflow disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot pick or barcoding issues to prevent significant order processing delays.
  • Provide support to all areas of the warehouse as directed by the Fulfillment Centre Leader.
  • Train team members and review performance continuously.

About You

  • Proven experience in warehousing, retail, or related fields.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous leadership experience and ability to motivate and guide a team.
