We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Maryborough. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic solutions to our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and identify opportunities to provide additional support and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer interaction.
  • Use our in-branch technology and digital banking options to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist.
  • Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
  • Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities.
  • Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team.
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement.
