We provide high-quality outside school hours care services for up to 90 primary school children between 5-12 years.
Our goal is to deliver a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive and develop essential life skills.
As Nominated Supervisor, you will ensure our service complies with all relevant requirements of the National Law and Regulations for Early Childhood Education and Care Services.
You will lead, support and mentor our team to develop, implement and document an educational program that meets the 'My Time Our Place' school age care framework.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of early childhood education and care principles;
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
