We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our team in providing high-quality Outside School Hours Care Services to children across South East Queensland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with children aged 4-12 years old, creating engaging programs that foster their physical, social, and emotional development. As an educator in this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote learning through play.

You will also build strong relationships with children, parents, schools, and the community, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all. Our team values collaboration, communication, and mutual respect, and we expect our educators to embody these qualities in their daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fun and active programs for primary aged children
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, school staff, and the wider community
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance program delivery
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or actively studying)
  • Previous experience in OSHC or working with children aged 4-12 years old preferred
  • Availability to work at least 3 afternoons a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Certification in Senior First Aid, CPR, Emergency Management of Asthma and Anaphylaxis
